Does it include the start day?
It shows the calendar-day difference (end minus start) without extra端点 counting; add 1 day yourself if you need inclusive ends.
Can I find the date N days after a day?
Enter the target date as the end date — the difference is the offset; reversing it gives the date N days later.
How are weeks derived?
A week is 7 days; the tool reports days and also converts to weeks (with decimals) by dividing by 7.
Is a 365-day lease 12 months?
By calendar days 365 is about 52 weeks; whether it counts as "12 months" depends on the contract (calendar months vs 30-day). This tool gives actual days.
Do leap years affect the result?
No — the tool uses the real calendar including Feb 29, so the extra leap day is counted normally.
How do I count down to an anniversary?
Set today as start and the anniversary as end; a positive number is days remaining, negative is days already passed.
