Antpact Toolbox (hereinafter "the Platform") provides online tool services, including but not limited to file format conversion, image processing, PDF editing, and document template generation. All tools run locally in the user's browser — files and data are never uploaded to any server.

2. Template and Document Generation Service

The contract and agreement templates provided by this Platform are general-purpose documents intended to help users quickly draft basic texts. Template content may not be applicable to your specific situation.

  • The templates provided do not constitute legal advice and do not establish an attorney-client relationship;
  • Users must check a confirmation box before generating a document, acknowledging that templates are for reference only and do not constitute legal advice;

3. Acceptable Use

When using this Platform, users agree to the following:
