1. Core Promise: Local Processing, No Upload

All tools on Antpact Toolbox run locally in your browser. Your files, text, and entered data are never uploaded to any server. When you close the page, all data is erased from your browser's memory.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

  • File contents you upload (images, PDFs, etc.);
  • Personal information you enter in contract templates (names, ID numbers, etc.);
  • Generated document content;
  • Your browser history or other local data.

3. Information We May Collect

To improve our service, the Platform may collect anonymous statistical information through:

  • Analytics: Page views, traffic sources, device types, and other anonymous data (via third-party analytics tools);
  • Server logs: IP addresses, access times, requested URLs, and other standard server logs (used only for security and troubleshooting, not linked to personal identity).

4. Cookie Usage

This Platform uses a cookie to remember your language preference (Chinese/English) so the correct language is shown on your next visit. This cookie does not contain personal identity information and can be cleared at any time via browser settings.

5. Third-Party Services

This Platform may use the following third-party services:

  • CDN/static asset hosting: for faster page loading;

6. Special Note on Contract Template Data

When you use the contract template generation feature:

  • All information you enter (names, ID numbers, contract terms, etc.) exists only in your browser;
  • Generated documents are created and downloaded directly in the browser — they do not pass through any server;
  • The Platform cannot access, view, or recover the data you enter.

7. Children's Privacy

This Platform is not directed to children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 is using the Platform, please notify us and we will take steps to delete such information.

8. Changes to Privacy Policy

The Platform reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Modified policies take effect upon publication.
